Spazio Tilde

Spazio Tilde is an alternative space adjacent to the bakery. The space was born from the desire to complement our bread production with new perspectives. Each year we invite different practitioners to participate in an exhibition. Curators, writers, painters, artisans, performers, video artists, musicians, art students make work using the subject ‘bread’ as the focus for their research.  This initiative brings to the bakery a diverse range of artistic visions that add an essential value to our project.
